ATEC Event Request and Lecture Hall Policy

To request an event, please email ATECReservation@utdallas.edu to receive the proper forms and initiate next steps. You must complete your event request at least 5 weeks before your event date.  

IMPORTANT: Events are not approved until you have filled out and satisfied the required forms, collected the necessary signatures, and received final approvals from the events team. Please fill out the ATEC SERA (risk assessment) form for review and consideration by a member of the ATEC Support team. Please do not schedule a guest speaker or advertise your event until you receive verification.

Lecture Hall Reservation Policy

Only FACULTY and STAFF are eligible to request events and use of the Lecture Hall.

If you would like to reserve the Lecture Hall for an ATEC event, the events team will take care of the paperwork on your behalf. But, please know that the Lecture Hall requires signatures and approvals from Deans or Vice Presidents 5 weeks in advance.

If your Lecture Hall request is outside of regular business hours (Mon-Fri from 8am-5pm), you will be charged a $400 after-hours production fee.
