There are two options for mail – USPS and eShip

To send mail by USPS, please send an email to ATECSupport@utdallas with the following information:

  1. Name and address of recipient
  2. Business purpose for mail out
  3. Cost center number, if known

Once the request is received, the Receptionist will work with you to prepare the envelope(s) for mail out to ensure the packaging, address, and funding is correct.



eShip - Service Used for all International Mail, Priority Mail and Packages

To send mail and packages through eShip, send an email to ATECSupport@utdallas with the following information:

  1. Recipient name
  2. Recipient address
  3. Company name for recipient (if applicable)
  4. Recipient phone number (required)
  5. Recipient email (optional)
  6. Number of packages
    1. If packages are in non-FedEx packaging, then the following information is also needed:
      1. Length, width, and depth
  7. Cost Center number, if known
  8. Business purpose of shipment
  9. When do you need it to arrive to the recipient? 
    1. Priority overnight (normally delivered by 10:30 am the next business day)
    2. Standard overnight (normally delivered by 4:30 the next business day)
    3. Two-day and 3-day delivery is available, depending on the carrier.

Once the request is received, please bring the mail / packages to the Receptionist.  She will check the mail / packages to ensure the information and funding is correct.  The request will be updated with information on when the items have been sent. Once the package/priority mail has been delivered to the recipient, the ticket will be updated with the information.
